At Sully’s every group training class is taught by Tony Morrison who holds the 1991 title. Since then, he’s spent more than 25-years building his craft as a coach, designing one of the best all-around workout programs that you can find. With a mix of boxing technique, functional training, HIIT training, weightlifting, and CrossFit, Tony will put you through a one-of-a-kind workout that you won’t find anywhere else.

 

After 45 minutes of non-stop work, it’s time to throw on wraps and gloves so that Tony can coach you through 45 minutes of boxing technique, teaching the methods that took him to the top.

Whether it be flipping giant tires, pushing weighted plates across the floor, or circuit work that will have your heart bursting out of your chest, you’ll be itching to come back the next day to see what’s in store for you. We accept all fitness levels.
